MERCHANT VESSELS LOST
ADMIRALTY'S REVIEW. (Received April 3, 2 a.m.) London, April 2. The Admiralty states that up to the end of March German cruisers had sunk 54 vessels, mines had accounted for 12, and submarines for 38. Out of 1559 vessels which arrived arid sailed during the last week of March only five, aggregating 16,200 tons, were torpedoed and sunk, excluding the Dutch vessel Medea.
