NEUVE CHAPELLE INCIDENT. (Received April 2, 30 p.m.) London, April 1. " Eye-witness" with the British headquarters states that Germany started the war with 50,000 machineguns. The Germans had 15 along a front of 250 yds at Neuve Chapelle, whenco 7500 bullets were poured every minute.
