WELSH CHURCH BILL.
VIEWS OF MEMBERS. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. London, March 31. At a conference of the Welsh members of the House of Commons, the following resolution was passed with only one dissentient :— "Relying on Mr. Asquith's undertaking, endorsed by Mr. Bonar Law. that no controversial legislation would he introduced during the war, the Welsh members decline to proceed further with the discussion of the Welsh Church Disestablishment Postponement. Bill, which would nullify the Parliament Act."
