The Easter Meeting of the New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club was opened at Addington to-day Tho attendance was vory fair, the track was in capital order and, with flood fields, the racing was very interesting. The totalisator receipts for tho day amounted to £19,924, ae against £27,021 10s for the first day last year.
