AUSTRALIA'S QUOTA.
THE ONLY LIMITATION.
EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING.
Melbourne, February 2.
Senator Pearce, Commonwealth Minister for Defence, speaking at the luncheon of the Australian Natives' Association, said that the question was not whether Australia would send 50,000 or 100,000 men to the front. The only limitation to the number of men that would be offered would be the fact that all who offered must be equipped and trained before being sent away.
