KAISER'S DEATHDAY. EPiTAPH FROM SHAKESPERE. MELBOURNE, February 2. Mr. W. A. Watt, Liberal member of the Federal Parliament, referring at the luncheon of the Australian Natives' Association to President Wilson's birthday message to the Kaiser, said: "It is not the birthday, but the death day of William Hohenzollern that we want. I trust that the day is not distant when the allies will say of him, in the scarlet word"? of Shakespere. ' Dmrn, down, to deepest hell; and say I sent thee.' That day will cause Christendom to reverberate with joy when we overthrow the man who has consigned so many millions to death-"
