[BY TELtGEAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Chhistchtjech, Tuesdav. At the Police Court to-day Frank Walton, charged with being " a bookmaker and making an illegal bet at the Methven races, pleaded guilty, and was fined £50. The police said that accused and his brother were conducting side shows "hen the offence was committed.
