Baron Stephen Burian, who succeeded Count Berchtold as AustroHungarian Foreign Minister, has accepted the Kaiser's invitation to visit him at his headquarters. German newspapers note with pleasure that Baron Burian has submitted at the outset to Germany's direction of Austria's foreign policy.
