The Sonoma's passengers give interesting details of the departure of Canadian troops from Quebec. Thirty one transports were required in carry men, guns, horses, and supplies. The convoy consisted of 11 warships. The embarkation of ;:l,:ii)0 troops and 8000 horses was performed faultlessly.
