WAIHI MAN ARRESTED.
[by telegraph.—own correspondent.] Waihi, Tuesday. A man who was formerly in business here, Thomas A. Gibbs, whose petition in bankruptcy has been filed, was arrested on an Auckland warrant yesterday afternoon for an alleged breach of the Bankruptcy Act. He was remanded to appear at Auckland to-morrow
