NO SERIOUS CRIME.

Melbourne, November 14. A report dealing with Norfolk Island that has been submitted to Parliament, says that there is a complete absence of serious crime in the island, thanks largely to the prohibition of the manufacture and general sale of strong drink. The ordinary class of police offences is non-existent.
