UNABLE TO GET COPPER.
Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received November 15, 4.30 p.m.) London, November 13. Berlin boasts that Germany is able to send six million more trained men into the fighting lines. A Rome report says that Germany's greatest anxiety will shortly be a shortage of ammunition, as a result of the British fleet preventing the delivery of copper to Germany.
