SANCTION OF PARLIAMENT TO BE ASKED.

Tim Daily Telegraph understands that on Monday the Government will ask the House of Commons to sanction the raising of an additional million troops.
In the House of Commons to-day Mr. -Asquith stated that the British casualties in France and Belgium to October 21 totalled 57,000.
