GERMANY BADLY BEATEN AT KALISZ.

PANIC SPREADS IN EAST SILESIA.

CIVILIANS FLEEING TO BERLIN AND DRESDEN. Paris, November 13. A telegram from Potrograd states that the Germans were badly beaten north of Kalisz, on the German frontier of Poland. They lost many dead, and 12 big guns were taken. Copenhagen advices from Berlin disclose a panic in East Silesia, a province in south-east Germany contiguous to the Polish frontier, where civilians are fleeing to Berlin, Dresden, and other cities. A Potrograd telegram states that two German aviators were forced to descend at Rypin, east of Thorn, and were captured by Russian dragoons after a fight with German infantry.
