GERMAN TERRITORY TO BE EXTENDED.
DUTCH TO SECURE DELAGOA BAY.

Pretoria, October 26.
The Government has published the text of the treaty between Colonel Maritz and the Governor of German South-west Africa extending the boundary of German territory to the centre of the Orange River, and also declaring that Germany would not object to the new South African republic taking Delagoa Bay. in Portuguese East Africa.
