MINES IN BLACK SEA.
OIL STEAMER SUNK. FLYING PERSIAN FLAG. (Received October 26, 1.30 a.m.) Bucharest, October 25. The steamer .Shiraz, flying the Persian flag, which had been loaded with petroleum at the Roumanian port of Constanza, in the Black Sea, and was proceeding to Constantinople, was destroyed by a mine.
