Lieutenant-Commander Dennistoun, of Transport No. 4, who rescued a man from drowning at Wellington on September 29— Bronze Medal.

William Teviotdale, 40, for attempting to rescue Frederick A. Morgan, 20, from drowning at Foxton on May 1, 1914—A Memoriam Certificate granted.

Cyril A. Hughes, 29, for rescuing Horace Palmer, 14, from drowning at Auckland on January 18, 1914 Certificate.

Stephen Hughes, 64, for assisting to rescue Horace Palmer, 14, from drowning at Auckland on January 18, 1914—Letter of Commendation.

Baden Powell Bellringer, 13, for rescuing Evelyn Death, 16, from drowning at New Plymouth on February 28, 1914 Certificate.

Edward Platts Mills, 21, and Jasper Baldwin, 12, for rescuing Hector A. Donaldson, 12, from drowning at Wainui-o-mata on April 10, 1914—Certificate. Charles C. F. Abderson, 42, for rescuing Donald Foster from drowning at Woolston on July 5, 1914—Letter of Commendation.

Pauline Collier, 33, for rescuing Edward T. Baird, 4, from drowning at Reefton on August 1. 1914 Letter of Commendation. J. W. B. Atkinson, 28, for rescuing an unknown man from drowning at Lyttelton on February 11, 1914—Letter of Commendation.

J. W. B. Atkinson, 28, for rescuing Albert Fraudsen. 40, from drowning at Timaru on July 23. 1914—Bronze Medal.

Harold Bailey, 18, for rescuing Frederick W. Kirk. 17. from drowning at NewBrighton on October 14, 1914—Bronze Medal.
