TAKEN TO ESQUIMAULT.
(Received October 04, 1 a.m.) Vancouver, October 23. The steamer Lowther Grange, ostensibly bound for Australia, was stopped by a British cruiser and brought to EsquimaultThere is a suspicion that she is carrying coal for a German warship.
