SUBMARINES IMPORTED.
TROOPS IN PALESTINE. Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received October 2.'i, 6.10 p.m.) London, October 22. Some small submarines made in Germany passed through Roumania in sections, en route to Constantinople. It is rumoured in Beirut that a large force of Turkish troops is in Palestine, supposedly in the neighbourhood of the Egyptian frontier.
