INCIDENT IN BALTIC. ATTACK BY SUBMARINE. Received October 23, 1.30 a.m.) Copenhagen, October 22. A foreign submarine, which unobserved reached the. non-territorial | waters between the islands of Zealand and Kulleu, in the Baltic, discharged two torpedoes at a Danish submarine running along the surface of the. water. The Danish vessel was not struck. One of the torpedoes was washed ashore, and there blew up. The Danish Government has requested the belligerents to be more careful.
