The following 1 pasted all stages: the Bill to prohibit trade with the enemy; the Bill to confer Admiralty or maritime jurisdiction on the 1 High Court and declare the High Court ; to be a Colonial Court; and the Admiralty : Crimes Bill. ' The Federal Prime Minister, Mr. 1 Andrew Fisher, in referring to the tramb way case, stated that the constitution must be amended.
