BANKRUPTCY COURT.
THREE DISCHARGES GRANTED.
A sitting in Bankruptcy was presided over yesterday at the Supreme Court by His Honor the Chief Justice, Sir Robert Stout. Three bankrupts applied for their discharges; namely, Quinliyan Bros (Mr. Mueller), Henry George Manisty (Mr. Denniston), and Ernest Richard Newcombe (Mr. Prendergast). There being no opposition offered to any of the applications by the official assignee, Mr. W. S. Fisher, the discharges were all granted. In connection with a similar application by John Whitaker there was no appearance of the bankrupt, and the matter was adjourned until the next sitting of the Court. The date of the latter was fixed for Friday, November 6.
