Grktmotjth, Thursday. Last evening Mr. Justice Hosking delivered judgment in the case of the Greymouth Wharf Labourers' Industrial Union of Workers old union—which made application to. the Court to determine certain questions undeT the Arbitration Act, the shipping companies and the Greymouth Port Waterside Workers' Union— new unionbeing cited as defendants. His Honor dismissed the case with 10 guineas disbursements to the shipping companies and the new anion.
