WAITEMATA LADIES' CLUB. . A stroke competition of two rounds for the captain's prize was played by members or the Waitemata Ladies' Golf Club, and resulted in a. win for Miss Mackay. 143, Mrs. O'Donnell, 155, and Miss Goudie, 160, being the next highest scorers. A bogey competition will _be played on Wednesday, the conditions being post entries, players to choose their own partners. The following draw has been made for the cold button competition:— Newoll plays Miss Maokay, Miss Bray plays Miss Dudcr. The first round must bo played by August 28.
MAUNGAKIEKIE LADIES' CLUB. The medal handicap match, lowest aggregate of two rounds, of the Maungakiekie Ladies' Golf Club, was finished on Wednesday afternoon.
