Rome, August 15. An official communication from Vienna regarding Britain's declaration of war against Austria, says :—
"It is evident that Britain's alleged reasons are not only an arbitrary alteration of facts, but deliberate lies. " England has lightly broken a traditional friendship in order to support France.''
