London, August 13. , It is stated that Germany is securing her food supplies through Holland, which would account for her anxiety not to violate Dutch territory.
If the allies reach Cologne this avenue will be closed, and the only possibility of Germany securing a fresh one will be by opening a devious route via Italy, Austria, or Eoumania. t
