NO HARBOUR LIGHTS.
ORDER OF AUTHORITIES. SHIPS FORBIDDEN TO ENTER BY NIGHT. Official information from the Secretary for Marine was received in Auckland yesterday to the effect that to-night, from sunset to sunrise, and thereafter until further notice, all the lights in Auckland Harbour will bo extinguished. No vessel will be allowed to enter the port during the night, but vessels will bo allowed to leave at their own risk.
