FATAL PANIC IN A CHURCH FOURTEEN WOMEN KlLLED(Rewired August 12, 9.10 p.m.) Brussels, August 12. ' An outbreak of fire caused a panic among the. congregation in the Church of Saint Antoine, at La Louviere, Charleroi, while a Mass for the Belgian Army was being celebrated. Fourteen women were killed and 50 other persons were injured. The damage done by the fire was slight. FRENCH CASUALTIES. INFORMATION TO RELATIVES (Received August 12, 8.30 p.m.) Paris, August 12. The Government has forbidden the publication of the numbers of casualties suffered by. French troops, and of the names of the killed and wounded. It has opened a bureau, where relatives are merely told whether the soldiers about whom they, inquire have been killed or wounded, without information regarding the place or the day they fell- ■'■■". .
