Paris. August 10.
War between France and Austria has been formally declared.
The Government ascertained that Austrian troops wcro in Germany, allowing a number of Germans to be sot free to act against Trance. This' is regarded as a hostile act.
It is officially announced that the French Ambassador has been recalled from Vienna. The Austrian Ambassador in Paris has asked for his passport.
