COMMERCE STUDENTS.
A meeting of the Auckland University. College Commerce Students' Society was held at the University on Monday night, when a programme of six essays, dealing with various phases ol commercial life, was contributed by members. Mr. Alex. Griereon acted as judgo and critic on tho papers, and afterwards gave a short address to the students. Tho society is holding a special meeting to-morrow evening at eight o'clock, when Mr. J. P. Grossman is giving a lecture- on tho " Present Crisis and its Effects' on tho Economic Conditions." Tho mooting will bo open to all interested in the study of commerce.
