WELLINGTON SESSIONS

WittLDWroy, Tuesday. At the Supieme Court to-day Philip George Kessler and Yeative Roue Mallalieu St. Mar were charged with breaking, entering, and theft. They were acquitted. Frederick David Primmer, a lettersorter at tho General Post Office, was convicted of ♦the theft of postal packets and was remanded for sentence.
