SHOT ON A TRAIN.
SIX PEOPLE WOUNDED.
AN HONOUR SALUTE.

Kansas City, June 30. A charge of shot wounded six persons seated on the observation platform of an east-bound Burlington train to-day. It was an honour salute, fired for a woman seated on the platform, according to the man who admitted firing the shot. He says that he had no intention of injuring anyone, and that he fired into the air.
