WIRELESS AT SEA.
SCOPE OF REGULATIONS. POSSIBLE WIDENING LATER. Times and Sydney Sun Services. (Received Juna 30. 6 p.m.) London, June 29. Asked in the House of Commons to-day by Mr. Redmond why the regulations compelling wireless installations were restricted to ships carrying over 50 people, Mr. John Burns (President of the Board of Trade) replied that the Bill merely gave effect to the recommendations of the recent convention. Probably it would be found desirably at a future date to reconsider the. matter.
