GREATER INCOME TAXES.
BRITISH PROGRAMME. By Telegraph— Association—Copyright. Londok, Juno 28. The Attorney-General, Sir J. A. Simon, speaking at Manchester last night, said that the Government in 1915 intended to increase the tax on unearned incomes to 16d, and also to impose a super-tax and a super super-tax.
