YOUNG MAN'S MANY CRIMES.

[by TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Sunday. A young man, named Joseph Charles Falke, came up for sentence yesterday on 19 charges of breaking and entering. The offences had been committed within tho past few months at Palmerston North, Masterton, Napier, and Hastings. The prisoner had been a Burnham boy, and had escaped from the institution four times, the polico regarding him as a desperate and very clever criminal.
