TOWN-PLANNING.
In a reference to town-planning in his speech at Te Kuiti last night, the Prime Minister said that this matter had been talked of a great deal, but very little had been done. He thought, however, that they would be able to do something in town-planning when they cut up the Orakei Estate. He fully behoved that Orakei would bo ono of the most attractive, if not the most attractive, of the many fino suburbs of the City of Auckland. I
