A live wire forming, part of? the electric light system was dislodged by tho heavy wind yesterday, : and it remained hanging a few feet from the ground. A linesman who 'went, to repair it found the dead body of a boy named Henry Webberleyj nine and a-half years of; age, with the hands grasping the wire.; Death must have been instantaneous.
