MOTOR BY-LAWS.
Sir,— motorists travelling along the Manukau Road in tho vicinity of Greenwood's Corner, have apparently been influenced by the treatment that some have received at the hands of the law; for I notice with great pleasure that since complaints have been raised that the reckless driving carried on.has subsided, and one hears the approach of tho motor-car by a continual tooting of the horn. So" it should be! One Who Complains.
