CAUSE OF DISSATISFACTION.
! [BY TELEGRAPH. PRESS ASSOCIATION.] 1 Christchttrch, Tuesday. ! Tire preference extended to the original i members of the Lyttelton Industrial Union ' of Waterside Workers continues to cause dissatisfaction among ex-strikers. In view of the decision of the employers yesterday, that the present system shall not be departed from as long as the preference men offer themselves for employment, a special meeting of the union was held this, morning, and was largely attended. The secretary was instructed to send a circular to the members of Parliament for Canterbury, asking them to meet a deputation from the union to discuss the present I position.
