London, March 5. The risk in flying, according to Mr. Churchill (First Lord of the Admiralty) is not excessive. Addressing the Aero Club yesterday he pointed out that since he had been at the Admiralty more lives had been lost in submarines than in the air scrvicc. He predicted that aviation would exercise a potent influence on the military destinies of the States, but considered that the Atlantic flight was premature and unduly risky.
