EXPERIMENT A FAILURE.
Times and Sydney Sun Services. New York, March 5. The policewomen of Chicago have been relieved of duty after several months' trial because of their roughness in dealing with a number of waitresses on strike. Their operat'on;' caused crowds to assemble.
