LABOUR ORGANISERS.
Times and Sydney Sun Services. Johannesburg, March 3. The report that Messrs. Tom Mann, Ben Tillett and James Larkin arc visiting South Africa to reorganise the Labour Party, has caused a sensation.
No law exists to prevent tWra landing, but they will be barred if the Preservation of Peace Bill be passed unamended.

A statement has been made by Mr. G. Lansbury (ex-Labour M.P. for Bow and Bromley) to the effect that other prominent Labour leaders are following Mr. Mann to carry on the deported men's work, and test whether Englishmen are allowed to live in a British colony.
The Daily Mail states that the Women's Suffrage Societies are financing the. visit to South Africa.
