NEW ZEALAND'S INTENTIONS.
[bt telegraph.— rKESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Tuesday. The Prime Minister, speaking "to-day on Earl Grey's "Dominion House" proposal said: "New Zealand has taken no action with regard to the proposed Dominion Houßfc in London. As a matter of fart, we have arranged for new offices to be erected °n a prominent site in the Strand, the foundation stone of which will be laid shortly by the King"
