DOGS AND BLACK PLAGUE.
DISCOVERY AT MARSEILLES. By Telegraph.—Press Associations-Copyright. Paris, January 28. Some dogs have been, discovered at Marseilles showing symptoms of Indian black plague. The Pathological Society is urging the exclusion of those animals arriving from countries where the disease is endemic.
