London, January 28- ; In the course of a discussion yesterday at the conference of the Labour Party in Glasgow, delegates stated that during the association of Labour with Liberalism the sacrifices had been all on the Labour side. It was absurd to assume that Mr. Lloyd George (Chancellor of the Exchequer) was going to do everything. They should know, what his proposals were, because they had been-"sold" so many times by inferior Bills. The members of the Parliamentary Party used to be enthusiastic on the orange box at street corners. Now their environment had toned them down; they had lost their enthusiasm, and were giving too much attention to aping dukes.
