Devereaux as 7.44 in, whereas the average for the previous 14 years was 5.41 in, and the total fall for 1913 as 66.71 in. compared with an average for the previous 14 soars of 84.23 in. The 1913 fall closely approaches the lowest recorded, the fails for 1505 and 1906 being 6551 m and 63.14 in respectively. The greatest rainfall recorded is that of 1907, when 1117.5 m was registered,
