B. 801 l -.—"A tender Jot the"erection of the new Parliament buildup all Wellington has been let to Messrs. Hanslord, Mills and Hardy, of Christchurch, ' at £151,659. The work is to be completed ] by December 12, 1915. The material to be ' used is brick, faced with Coromandel granite up to 15ft from the ground, and with grey white marble from Sandy Bay, Nelson, for the rest oi the structure. Too portion included in the contract is 228 ft long and 247 ft broad. The height varies from 52ft to 61ft. Other tenders were-. J. A. Moody Auckland, £162.371; P. W.
