PEARL NECKLACE THEFT.
Times-Sydney Sun Special Cable. (Received December 12, 6.55 p.m.) London, December 12. The underwriters arc paying £37,000 to cover the rewards in connection with the lose and recovering of the famous pearl nocklace that was stolen during transit from Paris to London.
