I VERDICT FOR PLAINTIFF. ' By Telegraph—Pross Association—Copyright. London, December 11. In the case in which Mr. Hugh Formby, a well-known athlete, and formerly a tutor in the service of Mr. Samuel Hillwood, M.P., sued Mr. Hillwood for £600 per annum, which the defendant settled on the plaintiff in 1900 to enable him to marry, judgment went for the plaintiff for the amount claimed with, costs.
