London, December 10. The Customs officers at Belfast are examining the luggage of every passenger who arrives from Britain in order to prevont the importation of revolvers and ammunition.
The Nationalist volunteers have no intention of allowing the proclamation prohibiting the importation of arms to interfere with the progress of their movement. They do not possess arms at present, but intend to obtain them.
